Market Intelligence & Data Analyst

We are seeking a Market Intelligence & Data Analyst with strong analytical and presentation skills to support our intelligence and strategy team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in secondary Research, data analysis, and reporting, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights and compelling presentations.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct secondary research using public sources, databases, industry reports, and academic journals to collect and analyze market data.
  • Evaluate market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to support business decisions and market forecasts.
  • Prepare insightful reports, dashboards, and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations.
  • Work closely with the strategy, marketing, and operations teams to ensure intelligence outputs meet business objectives.
  • Ensure accuracy, relevance, and consistency of all data collected and presented.
  • Monitor and update market intelligence databases and maintain intelligence documentation.
  • Use visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Excel) to present findings clearly to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of professional experience in market intelligence, data analysis, or a related analytical role.
  • Proven experience conducting secondary (desk-based) Research across multiple industries or regions.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Solid understanding of market intelligence methodologies and data validation techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to summarize complex data and present findings in a clear, visual, and persuasive way.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with market intelligence databases (e.g., Statista, Euromonitor, IBISWorld, SimilarWeb) is a plus.
  • Experience with basic data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, or SPSS) is an advantage.
